This project consist of three floors of ateliers rising in stairs toward the street over a listed building. The void created by the distance between and the existing and the new building houses a terrace, a point of view toward the street. The ateliers work as residencies. You can live and work in your atelier. Two big long walls define a center open space looking on the South too the street and on the North to a first floor hanging garden that links the storage building to the Ateliers.
